Michael Mazzella

Connecting to our potential for vibrant, and meaningful relationships is more important now than ever as we work to find creative ways to stay in touch while navigating our increasing complex world. From this place I make it my focus to understand the ways that our past and present circumstances keep us from accessing this potential. Pain, relational or otherwise, can build up over time, become truly overwhelming, and can create barriers to a fruitful life. I'm deeply curious about the unique paths each of us move on towards healing and am committed to co-creating a resilient setting in which we explore what that path looks like for you. My therapeutic style is relationship oriented in the most general sense. In a more specific sense I work from a bio-psycho-social approach that sees the whole person in connection to their whole environment. Utilizing trainings I've received in the Neuro-affective Relational Model I help clients connect to what matters to them and those they care about.
